Welcome to Moane Kneepads, operated by Moane by Milani Symone ("Moane," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing www.moanekneepads.com or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Age Requirement
Moane's website, products, and services are intended exclusively for individuals 18 years of age or older.
By using our website or making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. Products and Sizing
Moane offers kneepads and related accessories designed for pole dancing, movement, and performance.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing instructions, and measurements before purchasing.
Sizing and fit may vary by construction and style. Customers are encouraged to consult our size charts and Find Your Fit guide before placing an order.
Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
Moane makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product information but cannot guarantee that every display represents colors or textures identically.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.
Moane reserves the right to correct pricing errors and inaccuracies. If an error affects an order, we will contact the customer to explain the issue and provide the opportunity to accept the corrected price or cancel the affected order for a refund.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

4. Order Acceptance and Availability
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, and verification when necessary.
If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact the customer to arrange an available alternative or provide a refund for the unavailable item.
We may cancel or decline orders involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or material pricing errors, subject to applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Moane currently ships to eligible destinations within the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Orders generally ship within 2–3 business days. Processing times may vary during periods of increased order volume or other circumstances communicated to customers.
Shipping rates, available delivery methods, and applicable free-shipping thresholds are displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, where applicable and not already collected at checkout.

6. Returns and Exchanges
Eligible kneepad purchases may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to Moane's published Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Returned kneepads must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Eligible size exchanges are available under our published exchange terms, with Moane covering shipment of the replacement item.
Satin storage bags purchased individually are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Satin storage bags purchased alongside kneepads may only be returned when the accompanying kneepads are also returned within the eligible return period. Bags must be unused and in their original condition.

Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional codes, discounts, special offers, and ambassador codes are subject to their stated eligibility requirements and expiration dates.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.
Discounts have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Moane reserves the right to discontinue promotional offers prospectively or reject fraudulent or unauthorized use of a discount code, subject to applicable law.

8. Product Use and Safety
Moane kneepads are designed to provide cushioning and coverage during certain movement activities.
Kneepads do not eliminate the risk of injury.
Customers should use products appropriately, ensure proper fit, inspect items for damage or wear, and exercise reasonable care during physical activity.
Moane does not guarantee protection against every impact, fall, or injury.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property
All original Moane branding, logos, website content, product photography, written materials, and original designs are owned by Moane or used with appropriate authorization.
These materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior permission, except as permitted by law.

Moane collects and processes customer information in accordance with our published Privacy Policy.
By using our website, you acknowledge that you have been provided access to that policy.
